| Clouded Love Dance upon the wind my love, ride the wave to glory. I will find you there my love, as I've written in this story. Your beauty deep it runs within, The Gods have favored you. Strength, Brave and Daring, are all part of you to. I my clouded steed have saddled, I await your arrival. My life, my dreams, my every being, depends on your survival. We shall ride the heavens, knock on all the gates. I have no fear now that you are here, I accept my fate. Temptation we both contain, and I shall not hide it. I'll chisel it in walls of stone, my love to you in script. We'll find a mountain orchard, hidden in a misty clouded bulge. Prepare our bed of flowers, and the fruit I shall indulge. Your precious gift to me is you, it's all I'll ever need. I could ask for the world my love, but then my heart would bleed. My favor and attention you shall have, therell be no hesitation. My answer I keep locked in my heart, if you will ask the question. No better power, prestige or riches, as I wish only your treasure. Together we would rule destiny in each other find the pleasure. I only promise to be kind and gentle in my ways. That you might find fulfillment, the remainder of our days. Now our nest completed, the stars are in our grasp. Let us take the wondrous journey, and forever may it last. Expectations I have none, my wish is pleasing you. When that is done then I'm content, and content I wish you to. The Goddess of love appeared to me, she helped to guide my hands. Cupid with watchful eye sat back, his hour glass full of sand. I saw the sand, enough for eons, surely this was plenty. But as he watched us making love, he multiplied it by twenty. Now my heart was full of love, in yours I saw the same. Cupid was writing in a book, the heading "forever" contained our name. Gods and Goddesses, banded together, and drew the clouds around us. With mythical mischievous grins, they retreated and I heard applause. The masked Writer <-.-> sigh (C) 2001 T Lovett |
