- +75$ / month for backyard parking
- kitchen and bathroom fully furnished

The current lease to take over runs until April 30th. It can be renewed then if you intend to stay longer (yearly term).
Furniture from the living room and bedroom is mine but you can buy it from me if you like it :^)
