In Theme Hospital you have to manage and maintain a hospital. You can hire the staff, build the rooms and research different cures.
The graphics in the game are very detailed and you can see the doctors treating the patients. There are rats that infest your hospital and epidemics can arise. If you don't build toilets patients will pee on the floor.
The sound is a tad disappointing though as there is no music although you get sound effects and an annoying recptionist who always apoligises about the amount of litter.
The gameplay is fairly good with easy controls and some lastibility.
Overall this is a good game for people who like strategy and people who are new to the genre.
