1. COMPUTER REPAIR: We will troubleshoot YOUR PC, at YOUR home or business, or we can take it back to our Tech Shop. Next, we report our findings to YOU, explaining YOUR PC's problems and our recommendations on the repairs it needs. We will also give YOU our estimate of the cost to repair YOUR PC. This Service is FREE. You are under NO obligation to retain US to do the repairs. Once YOU decide that YOU would like US to repair the PC, we will give YOU a timetable on when YOU should expect the return of YOUR repaired PC. **NOTE** Some repairs will require US to take YOUR PC to OUR shop, while others may be able to be performed on site.

WE provide a Service that will evaluate YOUR computers security state. WE will examine YOUR computers present state of security. WE will advise YOU as to what WE feel should be upgraded, updated or installed to protect YOUR important data. WE have software that can be purchased, or, in some cases, obtained at no cost, that will protect your computer. ALL COMPUTERS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET VIA A DSL OR CABLE CONNECTION MUST HAVE A FIREWALL. WE can install this for YOU. WE will sit down with YOU and explain what a firewall is, how it protects YOUR computer and help YOU choose the protection settings WE feel YOU need to be protected from Hackers, Viruses, Worms and many other possible attacks.
WE also feel that YOU should invest in a good Virus Protection Program. In todays world, all one has to do, in some instances, is just open an Email to be infected with a Worm. A good Virus Protection Program, that is setup correctly and updated regularly, can save YOU many heartaches and a lot of money in the long run. WE can also provide YOU with instruction on how to find out what sites YOUR CHILD has visited while using the Internet, what sort of information or programs they have viewed or downloaded and even THE EXACT KEYSTROKES they typed while using the computer without their knowing YOU are monitoring their Internet and computer usage. There are programs that can monitor all these things and WE can advise YOU in this area.
