some are good but some not so good
We have a mask that we wear
when we do not want others to get too close
One can never really know if what we see
is really there or just an image
that some other wants us to percieve
We hide away who we really are
so as not to get hurt
We go through days alone and unhappy
just hide and keep our pride
We put our heads right in the sand
because we \may not want to see the
writing on the sand
To walk with pride and never hide
takes a lot of guts
It is easier to pretend we are
just like every other
than let them discover
who we really are..
so take it off as days go by
just throw the mask right
back in the past
