             We can speed up the shipment once your payment is confirmed. Items are shipped right away to you address

              We ship within Canada & U.S.A. **

 # Customers who choose regular mail have to bear the risk of any loss or damage during the shipment by Canada Post (which rarely happen). We do our best to make sure all products are wrapped carefully with protective bags and packed in bubble envelopes if necessary.

* To compile with the standard of Canada Post, for certain overweight items, we ship by EXPRESS POST only. Overweight Items are over 500g each, indicated by item code with the ending "OV"  (e.g. A105OV. )

** For customers residing in the States, currency conversion rate is (1 CAD = 0.9 USD).

       How Long will My Shipment Take to Arrive?     

All our items are exclusive in Canada,  rarely available in the market, and many are hand-made. For every order we receive from you, we order it just for you form your from overseas. Please kindly allow 7-14 working days for us to process you order.

Shipment arrival dates to us are every Monday and Friday. Once we receive the items you request, we ship them to you the next day according to your shipment preference:-

          They are all hand-made and unique. We normally make 1 - 3 only for each item. Please kindly allow 7-14 working
          days for us to process your order. If you can't wait or you are getting a last minute birthday gift, the mall would
          probably be a better option for you.

          TOPS & DRESSES

          According to the manufacturers, they constantly improve the design of their products. So the appearance
          of the items you receive might slightly vary from the photos (but no more than 10% difference guaranteed).
          We ensure the quality of every shipment to our customers. Again, please kindly allow 7-14 working days
          for us to process your order from overseas.
