          The Kimonos' Price are determined by:
         
           - How big your kid is (In most cases under 2 yrs $ 28 ; 2 - 4 yrs $ 32 ; 5 - 6 yrs $ 35 )
           - Selection of a Style
           - Selection of Fabrics
           - How cute your baby/ kid is.

               Our recommended payment method: Secure, Fast & Accurate. We can speed up the shipment/ delivery once your payment is
               confirmed.  Items are shipped or delivered to your address as indicated in your PayPal account when the item is ready.

All kimono items are hand-made delicately just for your little angels. The process normally takes 14-25 working days.  During our peak season (e.g. summer), it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

        # Customers who choose regular mail have to bear the risk of any loss or damage during the shipment by Canada Post
           (which rarely happen). We do our best to make sure all products are wrapped carefully with protective bags and packed
            in bubble envelopes if necessary.

          TERMS & CONDITIONS

          (1)      RETURN POLICY:

                    Please understand that we make the kimono order just for your baby/ kid, and we are operating at a small
                    scale. We cannot afford to provide full refunding service. However, if there is a particular reason you are not happy
                    with your purchase after you receive it. Please kindly let us know, we will gladly refund you the item purchase
                    price, less a 25% production fee. Please click here for details.
                                
          (2)      Please note that like other online shopping, the color of items appears on  your computer screen may
                     slightly vary from the actual product you receive due to different screen settings.

          (3)      All deposits are non-refundable.                    

          (4)      Express Service Option is available for customers who have special needs. (e.g.. for a birthday or a special    
                     occasion coming up). The charge is  $ 5 - 8 per item depending on the size and complexity of the design. As we
                     don't want to simply give priority to those who can afford more, this service is available for those who are really in
                     need. By choosing this option, we will put  your order in the top priority list., which normally save about 5 - 10
                     working days.
