So why does soap make you clean or your clothing clean? Well its simple what the soap does is it takes the oils from your body or from anything and it splits them up into billions of microscopic droplets. The droplets are about the size of ten-thousandth of and inch in diameter. That�s really small. Then what soap does is it surrounds the oil droplet and it creats a soap film 1 molecule think. It put the oils in a fine suspension with the oil and that is why the oil can be taken off or dirt from what ever it is cleaning |
