The first screens from the new G.I. Joe film were released and among the batch were some sleek character designs.



I mean look at Snake Eyes here. Gleaming katana in one hand and CZ75 in the other.



Talk about cool.



Well it goes to show that the producers aimed for the Dark Knight, Ultra Badass, I-Crap-Thunder-Without-Difficulty feel rather then the twice chewed dubble bubble crap look. Sounds like a real winner kids.



Other character designs are still tentative, but I can clearly envision G.I. Joe in his mawsome armourtech battle suit, sporting mean-mother assault rifles capable of drowning enemies in a sea of metal slugs and echoing f-bombs.



The film is scheduled to arrive next year.
