Xbox Live was on the fritz. A week later, they fixed the dang problem...but then it went back down again. Microsoft claims that the surplus of Xbox 360s used during the holidays may have contributed to the temporary downfall of Live. Consequently, Microsoft has decided to make amends by offering a free Xbox game for Gold Members and reportedly, Silver Members. The title and release are both unknown; just leave it to Microsoft and their brilliant demonstration of ambiguity.
In an earlier post, Sony would later feature Skype internet phone services on their PSPs in 2008. The new PSPs which will shelves will possess such a feature. What's awesome is that PSP users will be able to communicate with other via console and even contact global landlines for a nominal fee. So phone your friends about it, while bragging about your newly acquired toy.
On the bright curvy side of things, Alienware has innovated the computer display. There are big monitors, small monitors, bright monitors and even triple monitor systems. But none are capable of wrap-around, 180 degree directional views. The new hardware sports a significantly improved 3:2:1 ratio with a response time of 0.02 milliseconds, meaning that roadrunner blurs and visual geezers are things of the past. The LCD screen should be retailed in the latter part of 08.
