Sega and Neurosky in a joint effort are creating toys powered by brainwaves and other bio-signals.



The interface is essentially a headset clamped onto the user's head where two receptors monitor electrical impulses.



"With our ThinkGear bio-sensor technology and the innovative capacity of Sega Toys, our collaboration with Sega will empower consumers to intimately interact with, or control toys using their mind," comments NeuroSky CEO Stanley Yang.



Since either side have not provided details on the device, the end result is unfortunately left to our imaginations. On a personal note, such a device should be used in conjunction with games where the lead character is an-all powerful nemesis and the mere power of his mind can literally implode enemy minds.  Damn it though... it's for kids.
