If you're irritated by cellphone ringing, do something drastic. 

Electronic sabotage is second most effective when it comes to ruining cellphone equipment. Brando's cellphone jammer takes out all signals going in and out within a 32 foot radius. Rest assured, your neighbours will not be able to bore you with boring chatter about cats. Of course if someone tries to reach the police...and can't, your arresting officer will read out several more charges from The List. There's also the teensy conflict you'll have with your conscience, which you'll surely get over. However I suppose no one would complain if you used the jammer at tomorrow's showing of Dark Knight. 

A word to the wise: this is extremely illegal. But to be fair, some of the BEST ideas in the world were likely to have raised an eyebrow or two.
