A particular glitch in Age Of Conan has set off a series of naughty chuckles originating from (private)

So what's the big deal?

Well, as a result of some 'oopsy' programming, female characters now deal less damage then their male counterparts. And I'm laughing all the way... because seriously, this is just too damn funny.

It's ridiculous that a mantastic game about barbarians, decapitations, and glory holes survives the onslaught of criticism, but messes up later by offending the one demographic that matters. 

I think Conan The Barbarian just passed out from shame.

According to FumCom, female avatars deal less damage because their animations tend to lag, essentially saying that female characters are slower AND weaker. That's two slaps to the face. FumCom has supposedly repaired some basic attacks and maneovres. They've got approximately 1,000 more mistakes err...animations to fix.

It's really a wonder how something this outrageous slipped out.
