Some maniac game developer has completely customized a level for a Mario side-scroller. And instead of just playing the damn thing, he proceeds in creating musical fusion by forcing Mario to land his ass on various in-game items. The first few minutes are pretty impressive as the sound effects actually complement the background Japanese music.

(There's also a Megaman tune thrown in)
