Step 1: Entrance & Room A
Step into the entrance and make sure that you are normal link (because the task that you are going to perform will be easier this way). Walk a few steps and from behind the hand structures you see that white boes are attacking you. Just swing a couple slashes and all of them will be done soon enough. Now, turn into goron link and push the stone block forward. Now be sure to turn back into normal link. As soon as you walk in you are attacked by a white wolfos. Defeat it, and head into the room to your right (the eastern side once you get the map). (Room A you will return to often)
Step 2: Room C
This room has a pretty simple task that you have to do, but sometimes it can be hard and frustrating at times. Now, you should have noticed the long wooden bridge with a jump gap. Turn into goron link, roll over the jump, crash into the crate to stop you, and jump over the ledge as normal link, or else you will fall, and jump into the room in front of you. If you fall, just start all over again.
Step 3: Room K
Watch out for the real bombchu in this room! Just take it out with an arrow, and head to the left, open the large treasure chest and you get the dungeon map. As you exit, be sure to collect the fairy freely floating around. Grab it, and head back to Room C.
Step 4: Room C
This is a simple thing to do. Jump over the gap, onto the ledge, and go to the room to the right.
Step 5: Room B
You step into this chamber and see how big this temple really is! Cross the central section, and exit the door on the west side next to the door frozen in a glacier.
Step 6: Room E
In this room, there is a big path of snow, and two blocks stacked on top of each other. Go over to the two stones, pull them out, and you reveal a hidden room! Open the chest and you get a small key. Now, push the stone blocks into an area farther in the room, where it appears to sink a little. When they fall in, a treasure chest appears. Now, exit and head back to Room A.
Step 7: Room A
Use the small key on the door covered in chains. Beware of the white wolfos.
Step 8: Room D
You step into this chamber, and see three ice columns. Two have white wolfos behind them. Defeat them, and walk over to the treasure chest to get the compass. Now, be sure to have bombs with you. You should see a crate up on a pillar near a wall with a crack in it. Blow up the wall which is now your exit. But first, you need to blow up that crate. Bombchus are good here, but you probably don't have any. Now, take a bomb, time perfectly, and throw at the crate. If you timed perfectly, the crate will blow up and fairy #2 will appear. Don the Great Fairy's Mask, grab the fairy, and exit.
Step 9: Room N
This room is a bit different, and you should have arrows with you in this room. Now, you see a whole bunch of stepping stones that can be used To get to the snow covered platform. Take a look at the ceiling. You see the all so familiar ice crystals that you saw when you entered the mountains. Shoot them down and the pillars will now be free to use. Now, about two pillars in, use the Lens of Truth to reveal a hidden passage where fairy #3 is. Grab it, and head back out to the pillars. Once you get to the snow covered platform, turn into Goron Link and punch the giant snowball. You get a small key in the treasure chest. Use that small key to exit the door on the opposite end (covered in chains as usual).
Step 10: Room M
Now, this room is a bit tricky, and the bunny hood will come in handy. First, use the Lens of Truth to look up and reveal fairy #4 trapped in a bubble. Use your bow to pop it and put on the Great Fairy's Mask To call it down. Now, defeat the white boes and go to the switch back on the platform where you entered. Now, turn into goron link and goron pound the switch. Now, you have to do this fast. Now, turn into normal link, put on the bunny hood (not required, but very helpful) and jump over to the other side, turn into goron link, pound the blue switch. Now this is the really tricky part. The blue switch is timed! So, you have to do this quickly. Turn into normal link, run to the first yellow switch, goron press it, turn into normal link, jump onto the other side, and quickly run to the exit. If you run out of time, just do it again.
Step 11: Room J
Now, put on the goron mask, and roll to the northern side (you need to do the goron roll, not just a slow roll). Now, slowly roll to the eastern side, and then use the goron roll to get to the western side and exit the door there as normal link.
Step 12: Room L (Wizrobe)
This room is home to the first sub boss, the wizrobe. He has one main attack, which is to teleport to one of the blue platforms, and shoot an ice attack which freezes the ground. He is fairly easy to defeat. When he materializes, shoot him with your bow. Once you get three hits on him, you are halfway done, and the wizrobe tries to make it more confusing. Now he sends translucent copies of himself at all of the platforms, and makes them run around. Just stand in the middle, find the real one, shoot him, and after three shots, he is done for, and you get the fire arrows! These arrows work just like fire, and are helpful when needing to melt ice covering doors (hint hint hint).
Step 13: Room A
Now head back to Room A, and exit through the western door.
