HOW TO BATTLE
First of all, you need 2 things- AOL Instant Messanger and an E-mail address. To battle, either find the person you want to battle when he's on AIM or e-mail him telling him the time and place to meet you. Then, when he IM's you, go into People, Send Chat Invitation, and make your chat room to fight in.
Then, you need to know your stats. Beginners will start out with 2500 Armor, however much Speed and Power, a Weapon, and a Basic Attack. Armor is your health, when it reaches 0, your Zoid goes into a Command System Freeze (AKA, you're toast). Power is how much damage you can do with an attack, and Speed I'll discuss later. When you use a Basic Attack, it does an amount of damage equal to your power. When you use a Weapon Attack, there will be an amount, usually 100 or so. This means that if your power is 250 and you use the AZ102 Rifle, then it would do 250+200 or 450 damage.
Next, the actual battle. To see who will attack first, look at your speed. The Zoid with the highest speed goes first. In the event of a tie, you both must type //roll and an online dice will roll. Obviously, the highest roll goes first.
Now that you've determined your attacking order, it's time to fight. To attack, type in something like this:
BitCloud (24:60:60 AM): Liger Zero (2500) uses Claw (200).
Liger Zero is your Zoid, 2500 is your Armor, Claw is your attack, and 200 is how much damage it's going to do (yes, YOU have to calculate it for Weapons). As with Speed, you must then type //roll. If you get a 7 or above, the attack hits and your opponent takes damage. If you get 6 or below, you miss. Then it's your opponent's turn.
Just for participating in a ZoidBattle, you get $5,000, even if you lose. However, if you win, you get $50,000 bonus. You may only battle a person once per day. If you wish to battle that person again, you must participate in an Unofficial Battle or a Team Battle. After you battle, the winner must e-mail me a complete copy of the battle.Points will be given away . If u lose u -5,000 points. If u win u get +5,000. These points will get u into the next rank.If you challenge someone to a battle they have to fight if they dont its an auto-matic win for the person who challenged his opponent.
