WRITTEN FROM THE HEART 2 ME Tell me why you act As if I�m just a crutch You never listen to your feelings You act too little, and say too much You�re always thinking And never feeling You should let your dreams soar Then you would begin healing It is better to have loved And taken a fall Than it is To never have loved at all If you�ll just learn To take my advice I promise that in the end It will be worth the sacrifice The truth gets mixed up Confused within your life But if you listen to me Together, we�ll avoid much strife You go on living In your world the way you do And I�ll keep on beating Within your chest, through and through WRITTEN BY ME ABOUT MY HEART Why doesn�t it think Or ever show it�s wit Thousands of different questions I long to ask it Why don�t you stop And look around and see So many of your wishes Simply cannot be Because you never ponder The power of your feeling When you open up completely Betrayal will send you reeling Once broken your brain will tell it Be careful who you trust But in the end, it only believes That loving is a must If hurt once again Perchance it happen twice It might begin to notice But the cerebellums sliced If it ever happens a third time, maybe A cheater doesn�t quite get by You never know what�s coming It might just wither up and die Trust it when it trembles Whether bold or shy Because a wise man once said �The heart will never lie�
