Interphase: Normal cycle; Gap 1:
~ Gap 1: Cell grows.
~ Synthesis Phase: DNA replication
~ Gap 2: Cell reproduces organelles and gathers materials needed.
Prophase: Chromosomes form and attach themselves, by a centromere, to spindles formed by centrioles.
Metaphase: Chromosomes line up across the �equator� of the cell.
Anaphase: Chromosomes split into sister chromatids.
Telophase: Chromatids uncoil themselves, nucleus reforms.
Cytokinesis: Cell pinches in middle and splits.
