Mini Pizza

Utensils

Ingredients:

1 English muffin
tomato/spaghetti sauce
spices: garlic, oregano, basil
cheese, mozarella
toppings: mushrooms, onions,
meat etc.

fork
knife
cutting board
broiler pan/tray
oven mitts
grater

Method:

1. Split muffin with a fork, place on broiler pan and lightly toast
2. Grate cheese
3. Slice or chop your toppings
4. If desired, season tomato sauce to paste
5. Spread tomato sauce on muffin as desired
6. Sprinkle on your toppings
7. Top with cheese
8. Broil mini pizza until cheese has melted and lightly brown
