Siebel Certified Technical Consultant
Experience Summary:

Ferdie is a seasoned Siebel consultant with more than 5 years of technical and functional experience; and a Siebel 7 certification. He has served as Technical Lead and Business Liaison in multiple deployment teams; with projects all over Asia-Pacific, Australia and the United States. He is focused on the financial services and health & life insurance industries; working primarily on their call center and customer service implementations.

His well-rounded technical background boasts of multiple full life cycle implementations working in configuration (Tools), integration (EAI) and data loading (EIM). All configuration designs have always been built according to Siebel (and BIG 5) industry best practices. He has worked with industry-leading IBM MQ Series for his major integration projects; focusing mainly on the development of virtual business components (VBCs) and workflow manager scheduling. Ferdie has also implemented Siebel on all major RDBMS platform, specializing in DB2, SQL Server and Oracle.

Ferdie complements his technical development with sound analysis and design, based again on BIG 5-driven industry best practices. He is able to align existing business processes to minimally-configured Siebel deployments; stemming the need for expensive and time-consuming custom development. In cases where new functionality is desired, Ferdie has been able to work closely with re-engineering teams and business process experts to achieve full Siebel functionality.

Ferdie, also, serves as the project teams Siebel Trainer. He is responsible to the knowledge transfer initiative; through supervising the creation of user manuals, and training session slides. He often conducts the train-the-trainer sessions and supervises daily training sessions.
