Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pound ground serloin
2 29oz. cans of tomato sauce
1 13 oz. (with water) mushrooms stems and pieces...it's 8 oz. without water
1 medium onion diced OR 1/3 cup dried onions
1 clove garlic finelt chopped OR 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1 Tbs sugar
dashes of salt and pepper (about 3 shakes)
1 tsp oregano flakes

Steps:
Brown meat in large sauce pan or dutch oven.
Drain any fat
Add 2 cans of tomato sauce, then all the rest.
Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour
Serve over vermcelli pasta;)
