Easy Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 package stuffing mix for beef
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
2 eggs beaten

Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup ketchup
Shape meat mixture into an oval loaf in 12x8" baking dish
Top with remaining ketchup
Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink
