Macaroni and Beef Bake
A great tasting Healthy Choice recipe!

Ingredients:
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 small onion chopped
7 oz. canned tomato soup
1 cup water
1 1/3 cups elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups canned creamed corn
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:
Preheat oven 350F
Heat skillet at medium heat
Saute beef and onions 5 minutes and discard any excess fat
Stir in soup, water, macaroni,salt,and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil, stirring frequently
Reduce to low heat, partly cover and simmer 8 minutes until macaroni is tender.
Stir in corn and transfer to a slightly Pam sprayed casserole dish.
Cover tightly and bake 15 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for 15 more minutes after sprinkling it with cheese until bubbly and cheese is melted
