Uncle Ross' Macaroni and Cheese
Very Good and Very Cheesy! I first tasted this casserole the summer of 2000 at Peak's Island - a great choice for any big group gathering because everyone will like it:)
Ingredients:
8 oz. elbow macroni, cooked
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 10oz. can of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
bread crumbs or corn flakes

Note: Low-fat products may be substituted
Steps:
Preheat oven 375F

Combine all ingredients

Place in greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish

Top with bread crumbs or corn flakes

Bake at 375F for 25 minutes or until brown
