Easy Lasagne
I got this recipes from the back of a Mueller's noodles box;)

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef
1/3 cup dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic cloves OR 1/4 tsp granulated
2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup tomato juice OR water
1 tsp dried basil
1 conatiner (15 oz) cottage cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
9-10 uncooked lasagne noodles
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Steps:
In large pan over medium heat, cook meat stirring until lightly brown. Add onion and garlic- cook 3 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, juice OR water, and basil. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
In bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
Spoon 1 1/2 cups sauce in 13x9x2" baking dish; top with half uncooked noodles, all cottage cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1 1/2 cups sauce, then remaining noodles.
Now, top noodles with remaining sauce mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350F in oven for 45 minutes;remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer (or until light brown and noodels soft-they poke all the way through)
Let stand 15 minutes or so before serving:)
