Fruit Smoothie
1/2 c light corn syrup                                 1 8oz. can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple
1 yellow ripe banana OR 2 c strawberries     1 Tbs lime juice
4 c ice                                           *optional: 1-2 Tbs sugar*
In blender, combine corn syrup, pineapple, banana or strawberries, and lime juice. Cover and blend on medium speed until well mixed; increase speed to high. Remove center of cap and gradually add ice. Blend until thick. Sweeten with sugar to taste/garnish with fresh fruit.

                                                      Orange Freeze Play
1 6oz. can undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate         1 c water         1 c nonfat milk
1 tsp vanilla                  10 ice cubes
Whirl all ingredients in blender or food processor for 30 seconds. Pour in glasses and enjoy!
