Cottage Potatos

Ingredients:
5 potatos (peeled, diced, and cooked barely tender)
1/4 lb velvetta cheese cubed
1 small onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 slice white bread
1 small jar pimiento (drained and chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Preheat 350F
drain cooked
Add cheese, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, pimiento, salt and pepper to potatos
Place in greased 9x13" dish
Mix milk and margarine and pour over potatos
Cover with flakes
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes until bubbly in center
