Coffee Spice Cookies

These are cake-like and quite filling:)
From A Cookie Lover's Collection

Steps:
In small cereal bowl, stir crystals and hot water
In large bowl, mix coffee, sugar, magarine, egg and vanilla. Bear ar medium speed until fluffy and light
Add flour, baking powder, spice and salt
Beat at low speed until doughy
Chill 3 hours or until firm
Heat oven 375F
Cut dough into shapes and sprinkle with sprinkles
Place 2 " apart in ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 6-8 minutes or until set
Cool and store

Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee crystals
1tsp. hot water
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
brown sprinkles
