Cocoa Sweets
        
Another recipe from Healthy Choice
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg, lightly beaten
wax paper
Preheat oven 400F
Combine 1st 5 ingredients
Blend in butter with fingers
Stir in egg
Cover bowl and chill 1 hour
Spoon tablespoons of  dough on wax paper & cut in half
Roll each piece into a ball
Put balls on lightly greased baking sheet and flatten
Bake 7-8 minutes until set but NOT hard
