Cat Litter Casserole
What better than a dinner with a theme;)
I found this on a kid's recipe website.

Ingredients:
dumps:
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound ground beef, turkey or pork
sausage

litter:
2 cup long grain rice
3 3/4 cups water
2 tsp salt
2 Tbs margarine

Steps:
Preheat oven 350F
Mix together the dump ingredients in a large bowl.
Mold pieces of this mixture into various sizes and shapes.
Place so they don't touch each other in an ungreased baking pan(s).
Bake the dumps for about 20 minutes or until they are all brown, firm, and slightly crusty <yum!>
While this cooks, put all 4 litter ingredients into a large saucepan.
Heat on high until the water comes to a boil.
Stir, turn hear to low, and cover the pan.
Simmer without lifting the cover for 14 minutes.
Remove the saucepan and carefully lift off the cover.
Break apart, or fluff, the rice with a fork and set pan aside.
When the dumps are done, carefully transfer them to paper towels to drain.
Spoon rice and dumps into a now empty baking pan, leaving some dumps partially uncovered, the way a cat does when he/she is in a hurry!
Serves 8-10; use a pooper scooper to serve if you dare...
