Bow Tie Bonanza
Ingredients:
6oz. bow tie pasta        12 oz. sausage links, cut into 1/2" pieces     
1/2 c chopped onion      2 cloves garlic, minced       1 c sliced mushrooms
2 large red &/or green peppers, cut into 1" iches      2/3 c chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil              2 tsp cornstarch               1 c chopped tomato
Steps:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain; keep warm
In skillet, cook the sausage, onion, and garlic for 5 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes or until meat is brown; drain fat.
Combine broth, basil, and cornstarch. Add to sausage mixture.  Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Stir in tomato, heat through.
Pour sausage mixture over pasta and toss to mix. Makes 4 main dish servings:)
