You would need a minimum of 6 people and the duration of the workshop is 3-4 hours and at a time that suits you.

Try your hand at making these delightful Japanese wonders with the expert guidance of a sushi-roll maker and learn all about the origins of wasabi and miso soup. Then, sit back, relax and enjoy a lovely Japanese dinner of miso soup, a variety of sushi rolls and Nigiri sushi, tempura and soba noodles. Slurping of noodles is customary and Chikako will explain why. Kimono-wearing is also being demonstrated.

Do you know that pansotti means "small belly" in Italian? This is because of its shape as this particular pasta has a lovely filling similar to ravioli. Davide is a master when it comes to making pansotti and the unforgettable walnut sauce that goes with it. Join Davide in his lavish restaurant in making pansotti from scratch and three sauces, walnut, butter and sage and the classic tomato and basil. This workshop includes chef demonstration, hands-on by participants, dinner, salad and wood-fired bread and recipes.
