Frozen Strawberry-Pineapple Mousse

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved, frozen
3 cup pineapple, chopped, frozen
1 large banana(s), chopped, frozen
1/2 cup soy cream cheese, also known as tofu cream cheese
1 cup lite whipped topping
Instructions
Put strawberries, pineapple and banana into a food processor and pulse until pur�ed. Add soy cream cheese and pur�e. Add whipped topping and pulse just until incorporated.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving and cut into 8 pieces.
