Sunshine Fluff - 2 pts a serving
1 cup sour cream, light
1 cup Cool Whip LiteŽ
1 cup fat-free cream cheese
1 cup orange juice
1 pkg instant pudding mix -- sugar free vanilla
1 pkg gelatin powder with aspartame -- orange
With a hand mixer blend sour cream, cool whip, cream cheese and
orange juice until nice and smooth.
Gradually beat in the orange gelatin mix.
Switch to a large spoon and mix in the vanilla pudding mix.
Place in 'fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 8 servings at 2 pts each, compliment with 8 rediced fat Nabisco
Nilla wafers for an additional 2 pts. and ENJOY
Note: You can replace the orange gelatin with other flavors for a
change of pace ... strawberry and lime are other favorites in this
house.
