Pure Heaven - 2 points
2 tablespoons skim milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup cool whip free -- thawed
2 cups skim milk -- cold
1 package sugar free instant chocolate pudding

1 Mix 2 Tbles skim milk into peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth
2 Stir in whipped topping
3 Pour 2 cups cold milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes.
4 Spoon the pudding and whipped topping mixture alternately into 6 dessert glasses.
5 Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
6. Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.

Makes about 3 cups or 6 (1/2 cup) servings Calories=104, Total Fat=2 grams, Fiber= 1 gram
