...is what I'm calling all of the stories that were told with the PC's as archons. There were several seperate stories, each with it's own name and setting. One story even merged with another gaming group with whom I was running Chicago by Night, though a very post-sourcebook version thereof. While the story had amazing potential (I did a lot of work to cross storylines, etc,) the game session ended up with like 9 players, and took so long to get through that half of them were sleeping for the climactic confrontation atop the Sears Tower. Ah, well... You will see many Chicago story kindred here, as I hosted a Chicago Kindred mini-game, where I created a set of crypt cards for each player (who donated their extra copies of Dimple and Vliam Andor), and unique locations that made reference to specific places other than Chicago were disallowed. We had ten players for that game. Merlin won. He always wins. I hate him. The PC's from the Chicago game are here, as well, denoted with a *.
I had run Chicago by Night with my college buddies back in 92-94, so their characters appeared as NPC's, as well. If you are familiar with CBN, you will recognize many of the names listed below. Please enjoy my take on them, and note that these cards were constructed before any of the CBN characters were "officially" released. |
