Playstation 2 is the best system out there. On it, you can play DVDs, play games online, and listen to music. There are many games available for it. But there is a dying question to be answered. Will it sell out like Dreamcast. The least postive thing about it is the cost. Is it worth the money? Price: $ 299.99 (The one pictured on the left costs $ 369.88. Playstation 2 does not include a second controller, DVD Remote, or Memory Card.)

Gameboy Advance must be the next generation of handheld gaming, and it has already been named Best Selling Handheld of 2001. The graphics on it are incredible. The are a lot of games out for it and they are still coming. You can also play against three other people with it. It is also very affordable compared to other systems. I would say it is worth buying. Another thing I have heard is that you can hook up to Gamecube and play games whenever, wherever. Price (of the one on the left): $128.86 (Regular price unknown.)

Who's to know what to expect next, but these two systems are the start of a new generation of gaming. Each one has something better than the other, but the price of Gamecube ($199) could crush X-Box ($299). Also there seems to be more games for Gamecube than X-Box, but X-Box, like PS2, can play DVDs. Who's to know who is going to be on top. We'll just have to wait and see. My personal pick is unsure too, but I am a little intrested in Gamecube.
