Salsa: A spicy sauce made of tomatoes, onions, and chili peppers, eaten with tortilla chips or other Mexican food.

Picante: Prepared in such a way as to be spicy; having a thick sauce typically containing tomatoes, onions, peppers, vinegar, and other condiments.
I prefer my salsas to be picante style. Have you ever been to a gathering where youve seen someone chase after their tortilla chip, its hilarious! Somebody sat out runny salsa and they go to scoop it up and its slipping off their chip, they do that quick head bob tryn to catch it and they get it on their face, clothes. Not at my parties.  Youll walk away clean with my thick salsas.
I have always been able to bake, but I couldnt really cook. I found myself stuck in a weekly schedule of the same old meals. Meatloaf Mondays, boxed fried chicken Tuesday, I needed to break away of the monotony. So with a little help pf my favorite cooks Alton Brown, who teaches you not only how to prepare food, but why you prepare it the way you do. Lets not forget Rachel Ray, and Jamie Oliver, whose worldly array of recipes definitely fits my pallet. A few years later Ive developed some of my own eclectic combinations of recipes that have become hits amongst friends and family, some of them I can offer to you now.
MANGO SALSA: This picante style salsa I have been making this particular recipe for about three years now. People cant get enough of it. I put it on everything from chicken to eggs. Its a combination of mangos, red onions, spicy peppers, black beans, and fresh herbs. This hardy salsa can be used as a marinade, a garnish, or just for snacking with chips. You can get a 16oz jar of it now for $3.50.
CORN SALSA:  I just created this recipe this year, well sort of. Ive been making a dish called salsa chicken and this is the topping for it. Picking at my dinner one night I found that it was mighty tasty all by its self. Its frozen nibblets incorporated with 3 types of peppers, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, black beans, and herbs. Get it from me at $4.50 for a 16oz jar.
I love avocadoes not only are they great for you, contrary to there bad rap because of there high natural fat content, but thats another subject. You low carb dieters know what Im talkn about. Grab the trend and get healthy this year. I make a mean guacamole. Check it out, 8oz for $4.00. Just email me..
Advance and check the list of pies and other stuff...
