Cheese Toast4 sevings
Ingredients
1/2 a stick of butter unsalted
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 10'' loaf of french bread
1/3 lb. thin sliced cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olve oil
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1.Place a peice of tin foil at the bottom of your toaster oven /oven to catch all the cheese that melts off to make clean up real easy. 2.Preheat your toaster oven/oven to 350 degrees. 3. In a bowl wisk the butter, olive oil, onion powder, garlic and pepper together. 4. Cut the bread the long way. 5. Spread the butter on the two halves. 6. Put the chese on top of the bread and mae sure it is evenly spread. 7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the chesse is all melted.
Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped popcorn
1.In a large bowl mix together brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
2. Cook on the highest power and bring to a boil for two minutes in microwave.
3. Take the bowl out and mix in the baking soda.
4. Put the popcorn in a brown paper bag.
5. Add in syrup and shake.
6. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
7. Repeat step 5 and 6.
8. Cook another minute if nescassery. Pour into pan and allow to cool.
