Can you improve quality ?
Yes we can work on brightness, colour and contrast.
Do I have to pay extra when I want to convert
a video tape from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL?
No the tape is included.
Do you ship to other countries, too?
Yes, we do. The shipping costs might be different.
Can you convert MiniDV, DVD, CD, file ?
No. We convet just VHS.
How much footage can you copy on a VHS?
It depends. When you fill out the form, you can specify .
180min. (1VHS)
120min. (1VHS)
60min. (1VHS)
How long does it take to get the DVD or tape
back?
Once we receive the tape, we usually convert or copy in two days and ship
it back. Shipping time may vary.
How can I pay?
You can pay through Western Union, Money Grams services or send a money order
or a check.
My original video is a little older and it flickers
sometimes. Is that on the VHS, too?
Unfortunately yes. We can only enhance or improve the quality of the original
tape in matter contrast, brightness and colour.
