cConversations

between

a journalist

and The Team concerning

JOSEPH FERRANTE

Dear Mr. Dupin:

Let us answer your questions one by one.

1. - who is Joseph Ferrante in reality and forget about exaggerations, I have seen his page and I find that Ferrante is a modest person who doesn't try to boast about impossible things as having a book in the hands during 27 hours.

Indeed, Ferrante is a modest and simple person, peaceful and very spiritual. You didn't make a mistake in your appreciation.
You ask us who is Joseph Ferrante without exaggerations. Joseph Ferrante is in fact that person of which we speak in the story, without an apex of exaggeration. That is Ferrante. You asked us a question and we gave you an answer. That of having a book in the hands the 27 hours of the day is added by us, because every time we visit him the man is studying and has a book in the hands. He is an eternal student. He is convinced that, if one wants to help humanity, in whichever way, it is necessary to be prepared and this can only be achieved by studying and studying. He says that the equation of life is very complex and full of millions of factors and it is necessary to know those factors as much as one can, within the human limits, to try to improve it and to simplify it. There is very little fun in the life of Ferrante and destiny has paid him very badly for all his time spent in learning and learning, but he hopes that all the investigation of life that he carried out will some day crystallize in contributing with a grain of sand to the improvement of the human race.
We also want to make clear that the only writing from the hand of Ferrante in our story is the first part, which describes the things he went through in London, being that what our boss sent to the editors of his newspapers, one of which is today part of the Team.
The rest of the document is written and edited by us, the people of the Team. It is as if they were our comments and opinions to the story of Ferrante. Of course this was done with information obtained from the same Ferrante, but the writing and focusing of the rest of the document is carried out by us. We and Ferrante have a different vision as to how to carry out this promotion. Ferrante is a religious and pacifist person, with reminiscences of the "peace and love" of the Hippie motto of some time back in history, while we are practical people in our contact with reality as it is, and not as Ferrante would like it to be. Ferrante and us differ much in this respect and in the ways of operating and we have asked Ferrante not to interfe in our strategy, even though he might not agree with it. We have told him that if his idealistic religious focusing of "peace and love" left him with empty hands because we live in an evil and selfish world where you have to get through by force, then he should allow us to use our closer approach to reality as it is and not as he wanted it to be but that unfortunately IS NOT YET. It is the eternal conflict between the Platonic idealism and the terrible Aristotelian reality, where the big one eats the small one. Due to this different vision of making things, Ferrante is not kept very much informed about what we say or do, to avoid discussions and quarrels between him and us. Ferrante focuses as a musician and a poet, we do as pungent journalists, just as reality is. The songs speak of a hypothetical world that is not, we speak of a reality that actually is. In the platonic mind of Ferrante the Beatles would have shaken his hands and would have been proud of him, while in the Aristotelian reality George and Paul blocked him. That is the difference between him and us.

2. - what role does "The team" play in this strategy, are they a group, a person or is it the same Ferrante?

This is a long story, I will try to resume it.
Ferrante has been the piano tuner, for some time now, of one of the most financially powerful men in the country. Half the country is property of his, to put it this way, besides having possessions in different parts of the world. Among other things he is the owner of five different newspapers in different States of this Nation.
This magnate's daughter had a cancer operation done. After a time the cancer appeared again as a widespread metastasis, giving the prediction of few months of life left. Ferrante formulated a bioenergetic treatment and gave it to the gentleman's daughter. The metastasis DISAPPEARED. Ferrante attributes it to the power of God and he says that it was God who made that healing and not his medicines (every time that we see Ferrante he gives us the same sermon about the power of God so as to make us become believers). Our boss, who knew about the viacrucis of Ferrante, promised him to break down that roadblock towards his person and to make him known the world over, in exchange for having saved his daughter's life. The first thing he did was to send the story about Ferrante to the editors of his newspapers. Our boss has some 15000 employees in his different industries, companies, businesses and stores. Of those 15000 and odd employees, 13 people were chosen (people that today conform "The Team") to give the go ahead to the strategy of breaking the wall that blocked Ferrante's music. Among those 13 people there are an editor and two journalists.
One of the people of the Team (a university professor of agronomy) suffered from low blood pressure. The problem was so serious that the attacks sometimes almost made him faint. One of those attacks would have been able to end his life. Ferrante restored his health with his bioenergy. He never manifested symptoms again (Ferrante insists it was God doing it).
The mother of another one of us (a 79 year old woman) broke her femur going down the stairs. She slipped badly on the stairs. Due to her age the doctors told her that it was impossible that the femur could have welded again. Ferrante gave her a bioenergetic medicine that has the power of welding a fracture in 3 days and the femur was welded... undoubtedly the bone has osteoporosis and is fragile due to age, but it welded.
One of the intentions of Ferrante on this second trip to London was to heal Linda McCartney from her cancer, but the plot by Harrison, McCartney and EMI prevented Ferrante from getting to her.

We don't want these things to be known, for the time being, because people will think that we do all this to return favors to Ferrante and not because we believe in him as an artist or in his musical talent and it can deform everything. We do this because we truly believe that this is a big injustice done to a great musician, apart from what Ferrante has made for the boss and for us (and apart from the fact that our boss increased our salary so that we do a good job).

3. - do you really believe that Paul McCartney and Google are behind this conspiracy or is it part of the publicity strategy?

It is not that we believe. We are TOTALLY SURE. The battle began in the Newsgroups of Google, with its envious moderators. As soon as our postings appeared in the Newsgroups they were quickly deleted, or the same moderators wrote insults to Ferrante, due to the fact that several times the moderators IDENTIFIED themselves as such and said they didn't want that story published in THEIR Newsgroups (as if the Newsgroups were their property and not the property of Google). They left the articles of people selling Viagra and any junk that was published in them and only deleted the story of Ferrante.
Google disappeared 74 indexings of the articles of Ferrante from the search results of him. They inputted a blocking on their metacrawler so that no articles of Ferrante would have been indexed by the Googlebot. It doesn't matter how many times we submitted them to the Googlebot, they never appeared in the search results of Ferrante. Google, under Paul McCartney's influence, CONSTANTLY AND PERENNIALLY disappeared the indexing "to download Hey Jude" and the indexing "Visit the website of Joseph Ferrante". Google ALWAYS sent the letters of Rick Wakeman, Bill Bruford, BBC, Capital Radio, Sony Music Publishers, etc., to the last pages of the search results of Ferrante, so that people couldn't see them, same as other important indexings that were also sent to the last pages of the search results of Ferrante. Not only this, but they also nailed the indexings so that they couln't move from their position. It doesn't matter how many times we resubmitted the URLs of these indexings to the Googlebot, the articles didn't move from where they had been nailed in the search results. You can check that these letters of praise are in pages 8, 9 and 10 of the search results and they are not able to ascend from there. Google did this building a pre established cache pattern of the search results of Ferrante, so as to retain the indexings in the position they established. The same thing happened to the publishing agreement granted by Sony Music Publishers for the Hey Jude of Ferrante, which was constantly DELETED. It is not that it was sent to the last pages of the search results but it was totally deleted. This was done so that people wouldn't realize how much Paul McCartney is acting OUT OF THE FRAME OF THE LAW blocking a song that has the permission of the proprietors of the copyright. Obviously, this shows the DIRECT INTERFERENCE OF PAUL MCCARTNEY, since Google is not concerned about Hey Jude, and only Paul McCartney is. With time, Paul McCartney and Google also involved Yahoo and Microsoft, which began to do the same thing. It got to the point that MSN disappeared ALMOST ALL the indexings of Ferrante, which occupied 17 pages. You can notice that in Yahoo the indexes of Jude and of the website of Ferrante were NAILED so that they couldn't come up from pages 5 and 6 and they don't move from there, no matter how many times we resubmitted them to the robot of Yahoo. At the beginning those indexings were on page 1 of the search results of Ferrante in Yahoo, same as they were on page 1 of Google and MSN.
As for Paul McCartney, we have an email that McCartney sent to Ferrante, where he tells him:

Joseph:
Why don't you write your own damn song instead of altering mine? Adaptations only serve to emphasize the greatness of the original song.
Sir Paul.

We don't know with what right McCartney says that, when the Beatles at the beginning of their career didn't make but versions of the songs of other people.

In fact, it was George Harrison the one that involved McCartney in these jealousies, since the friend and client of piano tuning of Ferrante was Harrison who was the one that knew about the life of Ferrante and who knew that Ferrante was an interpreter and a teacher of the Beatles music (YEARS AGO, because he forgot all about their songs and the Beatles no longer exist for him). People paid Ferrante well to learn to play the Beatles. Ferrante plays (he played, because he has not played a song of the Beatles for 3 or 4 years by now) all the songs of the Beatles, in all the instruments that were used in the recordings, with every detail of the original arrangements of the songs in all the instruments. Ferrante caused that many LPs and CDs of the Beatles were sold in the following days after his live interpretations of the Beatles music, LPs and CDs that were bought by the same people that attended the concerts of Ferrante. All the money that Ferrante caused the Beatles to perceive, only to receive today such blocking by Harrison and McCartney.
We know Harrison got McCartney involved in these jealousies, because when Ferrante sent McCartney several cassettes with all the songs of the Beatles played by himself in an acoustic guitar, the secretary of McCartney, Ms. Hellen Black, returned them to him with a letter that said "McCartney returns your cassettes. Good luck with your students". The cassettes were returned in the same sealed wrapping as they were sent, meaning that McCartney did not listen to them. Now, regarding the comment of "your students", the only person who knew that Ferrante was a Beatles music teacher was George Harrison and, therefore, it is obvious that Harrison talked about Ferrante to McCartney and, because of the returning of the cassettes, it is obvious that he did it in a not so very nice way, like wanting to create problems and enmity.
There was a gray Porsche in London that always insulted Ferrante when it drove him by in any part of the city. Ferrante wrote the car's number in his agenda. One day, when going to tune a piano, Ferrante happened to walk by the office of McCartney in Soho Square.... the gray Porsche of the same number that Ferrante had written down was parked in front of the office of McCartney. To this day he doesn't know if the insults were uttered by McCartney himself from inside the car, or if it was one of his agents or bodyguards to whom McCartney gave the order to terrorize Ferrante whenever seen. This episode, same as other things is not included in our story. There are many, many things that we left out of the story not to make the HTML too heavy.

4.-Ferrante has too many titles and degrees. How did he get them? What univesities did he attend?

One of the few things in which Ferrante and us have the same point of view is the fact that Ferrante should not be associated with any nationality, political tendency or religious belief. Ferrante is THE HUMAN BEING and he represents all human beings. Ferrante is English in England, Mexican in Mexico, Chinese in China, American in the USA, African in Africa, Eskimo in the Pole, etc., etc.,
If we tell you in what universities and Countries he studied, then he would be associated with that Country and the discriminations will begin. People would classify him: "then he should be this way and not this other way. He does this and he doesn't do that, he thinks this way and he doesn't think that way", etc., limiting his field of action and creating him unnecessary enemies. Also, the fact of having lived and grown in three different Nations determines that Ferrante has influences that impede him to be a pure representative of this or the other Nation. His way of thinking contains the ways of thinking of three different Nations, plus his. Ferrante should continue being THE UNIVERSAL MAN.

The first thing in which Ferrante got a degree was as technician in building and topography, a profession known as Geometer. Then he validated it in one of the universities of this Country and was accepted so as to enter the 3rd. year of Architecture. He studied three extra years at the university and graduated as an Architect. Having finished his studies of Architecture, Ferrante took different paid and free courses, on different subjects. Then he registered in another of the Universities of this Country to study medicine. Parallelly to these second university studies he continued taking courses on other subjects associated to medicine. When he finished studying medicine he took acupuncture courses and bioenergy courses. His following university studies were on psychology, in the same university of this Country where he studied medicine. At the same time he continued taking any non university course that could be of interest for him. His last attempt were the studies of Biology, which he could not complete because he emigrated to another Nation and there his Biology studies were not accepted and validated so as to continue them at the university of that other Nation. The fact of having studied in these universities made him learn the technique used in superior studies and from there on Ferrante carried on studying matters as a self taught student, always providing himself with the best books available whether from univesrsities or not, on the subject he wanted to learn, besides continuing taking paid or free courses on different things. He is mostly a self taught man, the same as Leonardo da Vinci. One of the courses where he proved to be more proficient at it was as Piano Tuner and Technician, course that he took in Yamaha and in Chappell of London. Indeed, if we read the letter of reference by Chappell of England (letter that Google and their associates keep disappearing and that we were forced to include in his website due to this fact, as well as the other letters that these mafias also disappear), we read that Chappell says of Ferrante: "He has been a great contribution for the company in this field". Ferrante is at this very moment attempting the self taught studies of Theology.

According to Ferrante, we didn't have to include the studies he did on his story, because he says that those things don't interest people and he wants to be known as musician and not as other things. He is interested in people downloading his songs and not that they send him emails requesting prescriptions or building calculations.
Ferrante says it was an error saying where he had been born because that goes against the universal image that he wants to build, and it can cause classifications and pigeonholings out of reality, diametrically opposed to him, even though the place where he was born could have a certain prestige. He says this can be to the advantage of his enemies. He urged us to delete his origin from our story.

5.-Why doesn't Ferrante appear in an independent way in concerts and in newspapers? Why does his website contain so little information about him and why the "Hey Jude" song is so difficult to find on the Net?

Ferrante received several anonymous telephone calls here as well as in London threatening him so as to keep him from playing live. This is the reason why he didn't play in public places neither in London nor here, only being interested in the diffusion of his CD.
His website has so little information because his website has an artistic focus, not a historical or biographical one. His website is supposed to capture the visitor's sensibility with landscapes and visual effects and sounds or songs. It is a trip to Shangri-La (or at least this is sought). It was made so that people could escape from concrete and visit Nature. It seeks to be a therapy for the soul and the mind, some kind of vacations. He wanted to refresh the visitors with images, sounds and songs, instead of saturating them with words like other websites that exist.

His website has also little information because, at the moment it was made, things were not clear concerning what to say and to what point, being the reason why the informative work was left for outside of the website, at a later stage, and that wouldn't have been conditioned or limited by what had been said on it.

The Hey Jude song is so difficult to find because McCartney has his plot with these Search Engines so that they disappear the "to download Hey Jude" indexing from the search results of Ferrante.

6. - if we had music of Ferrante, would you give us authorization to promote it on the web?

You certainly have our permission to diffuse the music of Ferrante on the web. We only want to warn you about using the MP3s that can be downloaded on the website of Joseph Ferrante and the MP3 of Jude that corresponds to the index "to download Hey Jude" that appears on the search results of him (one of the addresses of this MP3 of Hey Jude is:

http://majesty57.tripod.com/

in case that you don't find it). We tell you this because there are MP3s on the Net of the songs of Ferrante that, due to our fault, don't have the total sonority of the original WAV file. This happened because we made these MP3s with too much compression so that people could download them quickly, resulting in loss of low frequencies. These impoverished MP3s can be found, as an example, on MP3.com and on the websites of other people that offer free downloads of those MP3s who got them from MP3.com. We are thinking of eliminating Ferrante's page at MP3.com or in substituting the MP3s on the page. The MP3s that can be downloaded on the website of Joseph Ferrante have small compression of 128, same as the Hey Jude of the search results, and the dynamics of sound are full, being the sonority very similar to that of the original WAV.
Also, the previews of the songs that appear on the "Music" page of the website were made with Audio Shockwave, but using little compression. The Audio Shockwave already gives you a not very reliable sound at high compression, sound like that of a portable radio, and therefore we had to use very little compression in that format and the sound is very acceptable but somewhat "peaky". We wanted to use low compressed MP3s in those previews to reflect the original WAV as much as possible, but then people would have had to wait for the MP3 to download and wouldn't have been able to have an instantaneous preview.

The MP3 that download on the website of Ferrante and the Hey Jude MP3 of the indexing on the search results have an almost identical sound to the original WAV.

There are also other things that we want to make clear and that were not contemplated in your questions.
On the previous posting to the one where you offer to help us, there is someone saying that we should remove all the postings on the Net where we defame Paul McCartney and Google (???).
This opens up immense questions for us. We didn't already understand why the effects we were obtaining didn't correspond with what we were doing. All that aggression didn't correspond with denouncing that the Beatles blocked Ferrante. There is a huge difference between DENOUNCING and DEFAMATING. We sensed that, somewhere along the line, there is a missing link on the chain, missing link that we are not fully aware of.
We want to MAKE CLEAR that we are only denouncing that The Beatles and now Paul McCartney are blocking Ferrante AND NOTHING ELSE, I repeat, NOTHING ELSE. We, same as any other person, like the music of the Beatles and the same applies to Ferrante, of whom we got to know that Paul and George nicknamed him "the fifth Beatle" (according to the comments of somebody in the Newsgroups of Google).
We know that an Anti Beatle movement exists, especially in this Country, which is a reminiscence of the hatred that has been created towards white people. We know that the Anti Beatle movement is very big in this country because Ferrante, whom people always associated with the Beatles and that some people even call "the biggest Beatle" here in this Country, was insulted on repeated occasions lately because of being associated with the Beatles. He even found on several occasions broken pictures of the Beatles that people threw at his door. In two words, there are people that hate the Beatles and that also hate Ferrante. Even on his second journey to London Ferrante was harassed on the street, because there was a movement against the Beatles created by the new generations that defended Oasis and, as they could not get hold of Paul and George, then they attacked Ferrante.
There was a group of crazy English speaking people (or at least it seems so) that added articles with all kinds of insults and slanders against the Beatles in the "comments" section of our postings in Indymedia, surely believing that we would have participated in their hatred towards the Beatles and to whow we clearly said to please stop inserting those scandalous comments in our document and to do it in THEIR DOCUMENTS, since the only thing that we had against the Beatles was the blocking of the music of Ferrante AND NOTHING ELSE. Even Ferrante didn't like the ABOMINATIONS that these frantic lunatics wrote, because he took them as if they were also towards himself, being conscious that these lunatics were enemies of the Beatles and of him at the same time, and were trying to kill two birds in one shot. The "fifth Beatle" didm't like all those slanders and abominations said against the Beatles, because he took them as personal and also towards himself.
This comment in your document throws a lot of light concerning this MISSING LINK that is causing problems and that we want to know who could he or they be.
We want to make clear before whoever this concerns that WE AND FERRANTE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST THE BEATLES EXCEPT THE BLOCKING OF FERRANTE'S MUSIC AND WE DON'T WANT TO BE THE SCAPEGOATS FOR WHAT ENVIOUS THIRD PARTIES ARE DOING. LET THIS BE VERY CLEAR!!!!!!
We wanted to know what this person who wrote this in your document about those scandalous postings against Paul McCartney and the Beatles meant, not so much for the Beatles, but because of the fact that this scum or scums that are creating these scandalous postings that this person talks about IS OR ARE CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. We request this information from you. Please don't FORGET IT. We already have enough problems to also have these frantic lunatics coming to create more problems for us and trying to fish in scrambled waters.
The person that made the comments in your document concerning scandalous postings against the Beatles, also speaks of scandalous postings against Google. The only thing we are denouncing is what Google is doing to us, in all the points that we specify on question numbers 3. The accusations we make are located on the web pages where allied of Google insert slanderous comments against Ferrante, AND NOT IN ALL THE WEB, as the commentator says in your document. If he refers to the specifications contained in the number 3 answer to your questions, then it is us. If he refers to some other thing different to those specifications WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT AND THEY COULD BE ENEMIES OF GOOGLE, possibly people from some other jealous Search Engine. We would be grateful if you let us know what that commentator refers to in your document.
We know and we realize that there are third parties manipulating the situation with their subterranean action and we want to know WHO THIS MISSING LINK IS. The reaction we obtain doesn't correspond to our actions. THERE IS A MISSING LINK CREATING PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLY PUTTING EVERYBODY AGAINST FERRANTE AND MAKING EVERYTHING UNDERGROUNDLY AND DESPICABLY.
We don't want to be the scapegoats of what happens on the Web.

Well, Mr. Dupin, we have answered your questions and several things more. We hope to be able to have your support and deference. If there is something else, please let us know.

Taking advantage of the occasion we send you our polite greetings.

Yours Sincerely:
THE TEAM
