1.Ensure that on the first day school starts

     * school timetables are ready to be executed fully immediately,

     * furniture meets school needs,

     * school environment is proper and comfortable.

2.Increase students academic achievements to 100% passes by 2005 in the SPM and
PMR examinations .

3.Develope the students' potential in the co-curiculum to the highest and prepares equal opportunities for every student.

4.Foster moral values between students to make them citizens that are disciplined, faithful, dedicated, liable, respectful and able to be independant and willing to contribute to the country's harmony.

5.Ensure that scholarship and textbook loan schemes are managed smoothly and flawless according to the timetable that has been fixed by the Ministry of Education and the Perak State Education Department.
