DONKEY TOUR OF ETNA
DEPARTURES
Donkey Tour of Etna starts at 8:00 a.m. from Rifugio Mazzaglia (S.P. 92, km 11,2 Nicolosi - Etna). This is a guided trekking to discover the biggest volcano in Europe and its surprising and varied nature, with donkeys plant porters and typical "carretto". There are three kind of itinerary:

Wednesday, 8.00 a.m. Rifugio Mazzaglia - Rifugio Poggio La Caccia &nbssp; (It costs 25 € for each person, included lunch) |
| 2 - Day Trip: |
Monday, Thursday, 8.00 a.m. Rifugio Mazzaglia - Rifugio Monte Scavo (It costs 25 € for each person. Max 15 person) |
| 3 - Day Trip: |
Monday, 8.00 a.m. Rifugio Mazzaglia - Rifugio Brunek (It costs 50 €. Night and breakfast in Rifugio Brunek included. Max 15 person) |
NOTE: guided group with donkeys used as plants and luggages porters. Along the way partecipants can mount donkeys. Siciliana meals arranged by guides (partecipants collaboration is welcome). Partecipants must be furnished of: sleeping bag, knife, fork, spoon and personal glass and can. Along the tour there are no toilettes (only outside). The tour may be developed in the opposite direction for tecnical reasons or may be varied by the organization.

INFORMATION AND RESERVATION
It's better to reserve as soon as possible sending an Email to [email protected]. You must specify how many people and if you want to rent a personal donkey (which costs 20 € a day).
The tour is for COACRI members and guest. With COACRI card you can get 10% riduction if you go to the top of Etna by cable-car or bus of SITAS-ETNA-SUD. You can get also 10% riduction for each meal in the restaurants "La Quercia", "Miraneve", "Villa Angelo Musco".
Under 18 can not get the card. They can come with parents.
