The Government
There are essentialy three methods of complaining to the government along with a lesser known but powerful fourth method.  The first is, of course, complaining to your local Parliamentary Representative.  Second is to send your concerns to Brad Clark, the Minister of Transport. Third in line is the Premier, "Iron" Mike Harris.  The fourth method is complaining directly to the PC Caucus and Party.  The Caucus is where Party policy is set so it's a good venue for complaints.  You'll find all of the info listed below.
Remember! Make your complaint count!  MPPs get tons of mail, and much of it is from wackos.
When you contact them, if you are polite, they will listen.  If you get angry at them, they won't listen.
My Grandma always says "You get more bears with honey than you do with vinegar."

Your Member of Parliament
The Ontario Legislative Assembly displays the same info you'll find here but for all of the MPPs.
Too big a list for me to handle.
