"While the facilities at both the Elliot and Belltown locations LOOK hip and nicely appointed they both have horrible smells of urine and feces. Every time my dog has stayed overnight she has returned with a terrible smell. I have travelled extensively and used many animal overnight boarding facilities and none have ever had these smells or left my dog smelling putrid. In addition, they are incredibly over priced. They charge you $39 to board for 1 night and then throw a $3 extra charge on at check out without telling you if you choose to use their food instead of bringing your own. I wouldn't mind paying the money if I felt the place provided a quality place for my little pup! Lastly, I have mixed experiences with the staff demeanor ranging from over the top nice to beyond necessary snottiness."

(About the Belltown Location) "I was expecting something very different when I took my dogs to downtown dog lounge. The place smelled horrible from the moment you walk in. The dogs have no outdoor play area. They charge just as much as so many other dog lounges in the city that offer so much more!"

"After leaving my dog there for a weekend, he came home smelly and confused. Being able to urinate and defecate inside gave him the idea it was OK to come home and do the same!! They need somewhere outside to go and do their business, since he came home stinky. For $39 it should be top notch."
"We boarded our dogs here for four days and it was awful. Services offered, are not services provided. They didn't get a single walk outside, in fact didn't see the light of day the entire stay. The other reviewer is correct, it has "the look" but it doesn't follow up on services. I as well was appalled that dogs went to the bathroom inside, on the floor. Do not board your dogs here."
