Born in Brooklyn, New York, he studied and graduated from NY Public School system. He left home to live with friends on the East coast. He developed a love for jazz music and the guitar. Gifted with sensitive hearing, he didn't like the current sound quality of high end equipment. He would dismantle amplifiers and use his own circuits to modify the sound output. He would change the digital 'tinny" sound to a natural sound. He developed a circuit to upgrade automobile performance.
A shy man of few words, he told me. "Quit your job at the bank, so you can make some real money." I did and we made some real money. We went to Jamaica, Puerto Vallarta Mexico, San Diego, and Hawaii. We ate sushi at Balboa Teriyaki, prime rib at House of Prime Rib, and Chinese Food at 8 Immortals in San Francisco.
During one of our vacations, he complained of pain and being sick. At the time, he seem healthy but overweight. He said, "This is lousy. I am young and have money but I am sick and in pain. I can't find a cure. " His health degenerated to an incurable cancer condition. He was finally diagnosed with "celiac" allergy. This allergy took years to end his life.
Before his transition to heaven, he told me. "Slow Down!."
