*(Please note that having the facilitator conduct action research interviews of all or a representative sample of the participants a few days prior to the teambuilding can dramatically reduce the rapid pace and enhance the productivity of the one-day seminar by reducing the time of #9, the Force Field Analysis. Alternatively, adding an evening activity (half-day) prior to the session can also add to the productivity of the seminar).
