Pay What You Think It Is Worth After Seeing The Great Results Ethical Contract

Dr. Jeffrey Wachtel also known as Dr. Jeffrey or Dr. Chatchai  in Thailand and Cambodia where he has his Global Offices agrees to provide advising/consulting services that provide strategic situational and internal analysis (SWOT) and strategic and tactical business advising to _____________________'s business doing business in the name of _________________.

The results should be analysis and suggestions that can  remove obstacles to successful performance (e.g. performance such as increased volume, revenue, profits, ROI, and increased customer satisfaction, customer relationship with loyalty) as provided as effectively and efficiently as is possible.

I ___________________agree, this _____________month____day of 2006 to, after a reasonable period of time of implementing any ideas either directly or indirectly provided by Dr. Jeffrey, to fairly assess my business's performance and then either to pay Dr. Jeffrey or not pay, what I think he should be paid understanding the effectiveness of his advice, our implementation and in full consideration of the dual interests of myself/my business and also of Dr. Jeffrey’s interest.  If it seems that he shoud be paid a resonable amount based on my assessment of his direct or indirect contribution I agree to pay him in currency or barter within  a reasonable period of time.

I understand that if I am not satisfied with Dr. Jeffrey’s analysis or suggestions, that I am certainly under no obligation to implement them and am under no obligation, if not satisfied, to pay him any remuneration beyond expenses that I have asked him to undertake.
