The recommendation
to build offices is based on a cost efficient way to utilize a lot with
90 m2 already built and because of the commercial nature of the neighborhood,
this proposal shows the possibility of building 2 main offices which two
offices at the front and another one separated as part of the complex. The
total area revamped is 350m2 Start-up requirement include a U$D25,000 investment
while the sale prices is based on average sale revenue of U$D45,000 each
unit a total of U$D90,000
