The
recommendation to build offices is based on a cost efficient way to
utilize a lot with 90 m2 already built and because of the commercial
nature of the neighborhood, this proposal shows the possibility of
building 4 main offices which two offices at the front and other two
at back and another one separated as part of the complex. The total
area revamped is 350m2 Start-up requirement include a U$D30,000 investment
while the sale prices is based on average sale revenue of U$D25,000
/ U$D35,000 each unit for total of U$D100,000.Explanation about the
different ideas will be given with more detail at the potential customer’s
